- Submission: Completed forms can be submitted in person or posted to: Kundalini Yoga Research Institute, Yog Dham, 15/9 Lajpat Nagar, Chowk, Lucknow — 226003. Fees may be paid through digital bank transfer, UPI, or Bank Draft in favor of "Kundalini Yoga Research Institute".
